Soybean pod borers
A soybean pod borer is white and a legless larva ranges from 1.5 to 15 mm. It bores in the pith of the stem, girdling it from the inside causing the plant to lodge at harvesting. It feeds on flowers and pods. It also bores into developing seeds.
