Spk004 harvesting
Harvest the Spk004 sweet potato at 4-5 months. Locate large tubers through the cracks in the ground. Loosen the soil around the tuber with a sharp tool (fork) and lift it from the ground. Use a fork (jembe) to harvest the whole plot at once.
