Milk is about 87% water, 3.2% fat, 3.5-4.7% protein, carbohydrates (lactose sugar), minerals (calcium, phosphorus, potassium) and vitamins (A, B, E, K). Cow’s milk is more popular and contains about 67cal per 100g, 3.2g of protein per 100ml.
